Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Financial understanding of restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Ensure all menu items are made to recipe and presented attractively
- Forecast food production and implement food production systems
- Follow opening and closing procedures including cooler maintenance
- Manage guest satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
- Maintain health department and company sanitation standards
- Complete daily paperwork and adhere to cash control procedures
- Assist in recruiting and training staff
- Participate in weekly management meetings
- Monitor employee performance and support disciplinary procedures
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety guidelines are followed
