Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of experience as a restaurant manager
  • Knowledge of guest service and food handling
  • ServSafe certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills
  • Effective communication and coaching abilities
  • Financial understanding of restaurant operations
  • High school education or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Ensure all menu items are made to recipe and presented attractively
  • Forecast food production and implement food production systems
  • Follow opening and closing procedures including cooler maintenance
  • Manage guest satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
  • Maintain health department and company sanitation standards
  • Complete daily paperwork and adhere to cash control procedures
  • Assist in recruiting and training staff
  • Participate in weekly management meetings
  • Monitor employee performance and support disciplinary procedures
  • Maintain equipment and ensure safety guidelines are followed
