Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or assistant management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per day
- ability to lift or handle items weighing up to 50 pounds
- experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Ensure that all company standard operation procedures are followed
- teach and practice Freddy’s standards of quality, timeliness, and service
- maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes, and trust-based relationships with all personnel
- ensure that customer satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
- consistently live hospitality in every instance
- lead by example maintaining professional image, appearance, and language
- conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
