Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or assistant management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per day
  • ability to lift or handle items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

  • familiarity with quality control and portion control standards
  • experience with health and safety regulations compliance

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all company standard operation procedures are followed
  • teach and practice Freddy’s standards of quality, timeliness, and service
  • maintain an environment of open communication, positive attitudes, and trust-based relationships with all personnel
  • ensure that customer satisfaction is the highest priority for all employees
  • consistently live hospitality in every instance
  • lead by example maintaining professional image, appearance, and language
  • conduct daily labor analysis to achieve target labor percentage
