Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting outcomes
  • Lead restaurant experience by supporting the General Manager to meet performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and implementation of new menu items
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver excellent guest service by ensuring trained staff and organizing key service areas
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
