Job Duties
- Take action first by leading Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting outcomes
- Lead restaurant experience by supporting the General Manager to meet performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and implementation of new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver excellent guest service by ensuring trained staff and organizing key service areas
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
