- One to two years of restaurant experience preferred
- One year as assistant manager in food service operations and/or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in all areas of the business including training and hiring
- Manage cost controls and ensure food safety standards
- Help the crew understand how to provide excellent guest service
- Support the team in daily operational tasks
- Participate in the General Manager development program
- Track and review progress toward management certification
- Maintain a positive and energetic work environment
