Job Requirements

  • Ged or higher
  • One to two years of restaurant experience preferred
  • One year as assistant manager in food service operations and/or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn and develop management skills

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in all areas of the business including training and hiring
  • Manage cost controls and ensure food safety standards
  • Help the crew understand how to provide excellent guest service
  • Support the team in daily operational tasks
  • Participate in the General Manager development program
  • Track and review progress toward management certification
  • Maintain a positive and energetic work environment
