Job Requirements
- high school degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years customer service experience
- availability to work 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- ability to drive and manage workplace change
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and point of sale software
- comfortable working front and back-of-house roles
- valid driver’s license and current insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage
- willingness to transport pets during emergencies
- preferred experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management
- bilingual skills a plus

- minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
- leadership or management experience preferred

Job Duties
- understand and communicate company mission, values, and objectives
- assist the general manager in providing direction, leadership, and communication for all site aspects including financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management
- assist in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies
- assist in creating plans to drive and achieve resort quantitative objectives
- communicate concerns and needs to management and leaders as appropriate
- maintain operational excellence in the resort
- respond promptly to directives and ensure compliance
- recognize and reward outstanding team performance
- demonstrate exceptional leadership behaviors
- implement data-driven resort plans
- analyze financial data and key performance indicators
- develop shift leads' understanding of financial reports
- execute corporate and local marketing plans
