Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of payroll and budgeting
  • Experience with food and beverage cost control
  • Ability to manage HR issues
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Proficient in inventory and vendor management

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in POS systems and general ledger management
  • Knowledge of bar operations and liquor inventory
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and compliance standards
  • Ability to mentor and train staff effectively

Job Duties

  • Monitor all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of product and guest services
  • Monitor job performance, food and labor costs, budgets, and sales
  • Manage payroll sheets and processing
  • Coach and counsel staff effectively
  • Manage human resource issues
  • Ensure SNAG compliance
  • Train and mentor managers and front-of-house staff
  • Conduct annual team player reviews and new staff orientations
  • Oversee bar management including liquor inventory and ordering
  • Handle cash transactions, comps, voids, and cash drawer amounts
  • Maintain marketing materials and menu specifications
  • Ensure compliance with health inspections and Ecosure goals
  • Participate in P&L responsibilities and general ledger understanding
  • Create bartender schedules and produce cost-effective specials
  • Increase bar sales
