Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- minimum two years related experience and/or training
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- basic mathematical abilities
- ability to apply common sense to execute written, oral, or diagram instructions
- knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word
- familiarity with Jacmar Food Service order processing
- valid California driver license
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in varying temperatures and with commercial kitchen equipment
Job Qualifications

- ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- effective oral communication skills
- basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- reasoning ability to carry out instructions and solve problems
- knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- experience with Jacmar Food Service order system
- valid California driver license
Job Duties
- Monitors and supervises day-to-day restaurant and shift operations
- creates a team environment that delivers outstanding operations performance and guest service
- executes in-store promotional campaigns and participates in local marketing activities
- trains and coaches shift leads and team members to drive the execution of Fast, Friendly, Clean culture
- assists in restaurant hiring and management of staffing levels
- monitors restaurant operations to identify opportunities for improvement
- maintains a positive learning and training environment for all team members
- monitors team member performance and provides coaching and feedback
- takes food, supply and merchandise inventories and places orders
- creates store manager and team member work schedules
- ensures compliance with cash handling, safety, security, and policy procedures
- enforces safe and sanitary food handling and preparation practices
- manages store operations to control costs
- maintains a safe work environment
- ensures compliance with employment and labor laws
- manages to pass quarterly financial audits
- inspects food storage practices
- resolves food quality and guest complaints
- supports operations by working in any station as needed
- performs other duties as required
