Job Requirements

1-2 years experience in the foodservice industry preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diversified menu offerings
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Reliable and dependable attendance
Effective communication skills
Ability to handle high-pressure environments
Basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

1-2 years experience in the foodservice industry preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diversified menu offerings
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to train and develop staff effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of financial and inventory management in a restaurant setting
Customer service orientation and commitment to quality standards
Understanding of marketing and brand awareness strategies

Job Duties

Assist GM with recruiting store associates to ensure the store is well staffed
Train store associates on company policies and procedures and on operations standards including FOH and BOH duties
Develop associates to higher levels for future career progression and identify own successor
Assist GM in executing national and local marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness
Ensure effective implementation of new products according to company standards
Monitor food quality for recipe compliance and ensure dishes meet standards
Share responsibility with GM for achieving store financial results including cash handling, labor, and food cost management
Assist GM in the completion of financial and inventory reports and other administrative duties
Perform cash register opening and closing procedures
