Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in the foodservice industry preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diversified menu offerings
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Reliable and dependable attendance
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in the foodservice industry preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diversified menu offerings
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial and inventory management in a restaurant setting

Job Duties

  • Assist GM with recruiting store associates to ensure the store is well staffed
  • Train store associates on company policies and procedures and on operations standards including FOH and BOH duties
  • Develop associates to higher levels for future career progression and identify own successor
  • Assist GM in executing national and local marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness
  • Ensure effective implementation of new products according to company standards
  • Monitor food quality for recipe compliance and ensure dishes meet standards
  • Share responsibility with GM for achieving store financial results including cash handling, labor, and food cost management
  • Assist GM in the completion of financial and inventory reports and other administrative duties
  • Perform cash register opening and closing procedures
