Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant manager experience
  • Experience must be in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
  • Computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, POS
  • Results-driven, trustworthy and team-oriented
  • Ability to engage and develop team members and coach on company policies
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest experiences
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
  • Proven knowledge in growing teams and managing multi-million-dollar businesses
  • Pre-employment screening post offer including drug tests, criminal background checks, and verifiable references

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant manager experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
  • Proven leadership skills in team coaching and development
  • Strong business acumen managing multi-million-dollar restaurant operations
  • Ability to provide performance feedback and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Coach teammates and managers on delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve guest service issues
  • Engage positively with guests and seek feedback
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of restaurant facilities
  • Model and teach company values and culture
  • Write staff schedules and assist with manager schedules
  • Coach managers and teammates on operational excellence
  • Motivate team to improve performance
  • Deliver constructive performance feedback
  • Support financial planning and communicate strategies
  • Achieve inventory, sales growth, and guest satisfaction goals
  • Assist with labor forecasting and budget management
  • Review sales trends and initiate growth programs
  • Conduct administrative duties in compliance with laws
