Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years of leadership, management or supervisory experience
- college degree or equivalent work experience
- solid working knowledge of hospitality management principles
- understanding of hotel operations in sales, housekeeping, food & beverage, and engineering
- associates degree or equivalent experience
- bilingual in Spanish is a plus

- assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations
- drive revenue growth and control expenses
- train and develop team members
- provide direction to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards
- manage labor and payroll
- maintain constant communication with department managers
- uphold guest satisfaction and operational consistency
