Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or college diploma
- 3 plus years in a leadership role within a 600 plus room resort or hotel
- 3 plus years of management experience
- strong financial acumen and operational oversight
- proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- excellent communication skills - verbal and written

- Japanese language proficiency - verbal and written
Job Duties
- Lead and support department heads in resort operations
- ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- collaborate with Hilton Hawaiian Village shared services
- monitor financial performance and assist in budget planning and forecasting
- oversee HR practices including recruitment, performance management, and labor relations
- maintain compliance with brand standards, QA inspections, and internal audits
- support long-term capital planning and reserve projects
- build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Rental teams
- represent the General Manager in their absence
- embody the Hilton Grand Vacations values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, now
- complete all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
- adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
- perform other related duties as assigned
