Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- pass background check and drug test
- reliable transportation
- basic business math and accounting skills
- able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift time
- able to sweep, mop, dust shelves, and carry out trash
- able to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- experience with profit and loss responsibility
- basic computer literacy
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude
- leadership ability
- experience as a Shift Manager preferred
Job Duties
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great work shifts
- ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties
- manage inventory and maintain financial accountability
- serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
- ensure restaurant safety for employees and customers
- solve problems proactively and seek help when needed
- guide and assist others to promote team success
