Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Work directly with the general manager, ensuring consistent revenue growth through growing guest count and lead measure performance such as core sales mix, multicare, and core plus
  • Coach and execute excellent customer service while creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Set a positive example as a leader while building team engagement and efficiency through ongoing training, guidance, and direction
  • Ensure quality control measures and processes are consistently followed
  • Carry out other duties such as inventory management, cash handling, guest issue resolution, and working with the district manager on critical initiatives
  • Assist the general manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls
  • Provide clear and detailed direction to the team
  • Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per the Guide to Excellence
  • Mentor automotive technicians and customer service advisors
  • Perform opening and closing duties in the absence of the general manager
  • Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction for achieving business goals
  • Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs
  • Adhere and hold others accountable to all rules and regulations that maintain a safe and productive work environment
  • Assist guests with questions and needs in-person, electronically, or via telephone
