Job Requirements

  • Previous hotel management experience
  • Proven success in team leadership and guest service
  • Experience in direct sales producing at least 50 percent market mix of total revenues
  • Strong financial knowledge
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • Customer focus and commitment to satisfaction
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel up to 10 percent, including overnight stays

  • Experience with direct sales efforts contributing significantly to revenue
  • Strong financial knowledge
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Participate in sales calls and site visits with sales team to acquire new business or close deals
  • Review financial reports and statements to identify areas for improvement
  • Coach and support hotel team members to manage wages and controllable expenses
  • Manage hotel costs including supplies, labor, utilities, food, and beverage within budget
  • Ensure ongoing service, technical, and other training throughout the property
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members
  • Hire team members demonstrating expertise, creativity, and leadership
  • Observe service behaviors and provide feedback to individuals and supervisors
  • Review guest feedback and survey results to identify improvement areas
  • Analyze service issues and develop creative solutions
  • Interface regularly with customers to obtain feedback on service quality
  • Ensure building and operational areas meet guest expectations
  • Administer policies fairly and consistently
  • Ensure property meets franchise standards and is safe for guests and team members
