Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in developing a service culture
- Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline according to Naman standards
- Attend and/or conduct all training/meetings as required by management
- Inspect rooms and public areas daily
- Manage and train the Guest Services department
- Manage guest relations
- Assist sales in generating revenue
- Perform other duties as requested by management
- Deliver communication between corporate office and team members and facilitate tools for development and empowerment for team members
