Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to an associate degree
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Proven sales ability with a track record of closing over 50 percent of sales leads
- Leadership skills to manage and inspire a team
- Financial acumen to manage facility P and L and budget reviews
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with professional athletes and diverse clients
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 3 years of management experience
- Can out-sell anyone in the room and loves it
- Knowledge of gym and retail operations
- Positive and energetic personality with a can do attitude
- Is a manager who will be the first one in and the last one to leave
Job Duties
- Serve as a key point of contact for members with an emphasis on providing the D1 customer experience
- Assisting with member progress check-ins
- Setting up new memberships in the POS system
- Collecting and processing payments
- Providing front desk sales and information
- Assisting with special events
- Managing all sales
