Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year restaurant operations experience or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in warm environments near kitchen equipment
- Commitment to safety and operational standards
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent

Job Duties
- Demonstrate CKE's core values and assist GM in selecting, training, and recognizing top talent
- Execute performance management process to ensure employee success and accountability
- Monitor and provide training on all job duties throughout the restaurant
- Ensure proper supervision during all shifts and customer service activities
- Drive customer-focused culture by resolving issues and coaching employees
- Assist GM in scheduling and inventory management
- Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables to meet targets
