Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be willing to submit to a background check

- Knowledge of computers including MS Word Excel Google Suite
- Proficient in food planning and preparation security company policies and procedures and personnel management

Job Duties
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food beverage supply utility and labor
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with operational standards company policies federal state local laws and ordinances
- Responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality food preparation and service including responding to guests complaints and turning dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
- Follow up with employees on assigned tasks
- Monitor training of employees during shift
- Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations
