Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check

  • Knowledge of computers including MS Word Excel Google Suite
  • Proficient in food planning and preparation security company policies and procedures and personnel management

Job Duties

  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food beverage supply utility and labor
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
  • Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards company policies federal state local laws and ordinances
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality food preparation and service including responding to guests complaints and turning dissatisfied guests into return guests
  • Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
  • Follow up with employees on assigned tasks
  • Monitor training of employees during shift
  • Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations
