Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably three years of restaurant bar or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws health codes safe food handling and sanitation responsible alcohol service safety and security systems and procedures and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others champion change and train develop team
  • strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • ability to manage direct and motivate a team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • manage shift managers servers bartenders and service assistants
  • partner with the general manager to ensure restaurant operational excellence
  • focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
  • maintain compliance with labor laws health codes and safety standards
  • train and develop team members to improve performance and service quality
  • champion change and foster a positive work environment
  • assist in inventory and cost control management
