Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably three years of restaurant bar or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws health codes safe food handling and sanitation responsible alcohol service safety and security systems and procedures and computer operations
- ability to manage and direct the work of others champion change and train develop team
- strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities

- assist in inventory and cost control management
