Job Requirements
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- must use motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- willingness to work flexible hours including peak dining times
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management

Job Duties
- oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality
- estimate food and beverage usage and place orders with suppliers
- total cash and charge receipts at the end of each day
- check quality and size of food servings
- resolve customer complaints about food or service
- ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- monitor staff and guests to ensure safety standards and liquor laws are followed
- recruit, hire, orient, and train new team members
- schedule staff to cover peak dining hours
