Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years work experience in hotel management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience managing to brand standards
- Proven leadership skills
- Able to resolve conflicts with guests, supervisors and employees
- Able to collaborate effectively with hotel staff
- Knowledge of hotel operations such as business plans, budget forecasting, quality assurance, hospitality law and long-range planning
- Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations
- Able to create a diverse and supportive work environment
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Adheres to hotel policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Participates in development and implementation of business strategies
- Develops and implements hotel operations strategies
- Monitors operational status and adjusts strategies
- Develops annual budget with Executive Committee
- Participates in marketing, sales and yield management plans
- Ensures hotel operations meet Radisson brand standards
- Maximizes profitability and revenue through operational oversight
- Develops and enforces operating procedures supporting employee service and teamwork
- Analyzes business results and takes corrective actions
- Sets department objectives and supervises department managers
- Controls costs through budgeting, scheduling and payroll management
- Develops strategies to support employee engagement
- Leads recruitment and human resource development
- Directs employee performance management and coaching
- Drives employee engagement through action plans
- Ensures 100 percent guest satisfaction through service excellence
- Communicates and reinforces customer service vision
- Creates a supportive work environment encouraging teamwork
- Ensures compliance with Guest Satisfaction Guarantee requirements
- Develops customer feedback mechanisms and implements solutions
