Job Requirements
- HSD or GED preferred
- A passion for helping and serving others customers and fellow team members
- 1+ years experience leading motivating andor developing others OR US Military Service
- A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace

Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks effectively and reporting on outcomes
- Lead the restaurant experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu implementation
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Ensure memorable guest experiences through staff training and organized service areas
- Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
