Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- flexible availability including days nights and weekends
- ability to travel to multiple locations as needed
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in directing daily restaurant operations
- select train and coach employees to build a high-performing team
- ensure compliance with company and safety standards in all operational areas
- resolve customer issues and lead customer service initiatives
- create schedules and complete inventory orders in the absence of the General Manager
- monitor and maintain food safety standards
- analyze sales labor and inventory data to meet margin and sales growth targets
