Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months of relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Exposure to high heat and cooking oils
  • Ability to work 40 regular hours plus 10 overtime hours weekly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operational instructions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
  • Problem-solving abilities with practical reasoning

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant staff
  • Drive customer service and ensure high standards are met
  • Support training and development of team members
  • Manage sales and profit growth initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with operating standards and safety procedures
  • Create an inviting and fun work environment
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
