Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Exposure to high heat and cooking oils
- Ability to work 40 regular hours plus 10 overtime hours weekly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operational instructions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Problem-solving abilities with practical reasoning
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant staff
- Drive customer service and ensure high standards are met
- Support training and development of team members
- Manage sales and profit growth initiatives
- Maintain compliance with operating standards and safety procedures
- Create an inviting and fun work environment
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
