Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience required
- Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively including achieving KPIs required
- CPR/AED certification required and can be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Understanding of labor control, optional staffing levels and controls overtime
- Ability to maintain high standards at the gym
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust setting examples in behaviors and actions
- Clear communication skills demonstrating confidence
- Physical ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds and stand or bend for prolonged work hours
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of fitness facility or customer service-oriented management experience

- Experience leading and supervising employees preferred
- CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff
- Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards
- Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets
- Manage team member performance standards with on-going development, training, and coaching
- Impact member retention by doing Whatever It Takes to deliver the Wow 10-Member Experience
- Assist and support General Manager in scheduling and labor management, member service resolution, employee issues resolution, lead generation, new member acquisition, team goal setting, and club asset management
- Maintain a clean facility and ensure equipment operation compliance through regular checks and work order oversight
- Utilize Crunch-specific tools for communication, documentation, and support of club operations
- Ensure consistent compliance with all Crunch policies, procedures, and service standards
