Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to three months' related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work 40 regular hours plus 10 hours overtime
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Exposure to high heat and cooking oils
- No special vision requirements
Job Qualifications

- Proficient mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratio and percent calculations

- Provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards
- Drive customer service excellence and sales growth
- Train and develop restaurant team members
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage scheduling and labor costs
- Foster a fun and inviting work environment
- Support General Manager in achieving business goals
