Job Duties
- Take action first: lead internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented: delegate tasks effectively and report results
- Lead restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff are trained and service areas are organized
- Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
