Job Duties

  • Take action first: lead internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented: delegate tasks effectively and report results
  • Lead restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas
  • Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff are trained and service areas are organized
  • Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
