- Six months of management experience in a service-related business
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth

Job Duties
- Assist the Site General Manager with daily car wash operations
- Work to meet inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer claims
- Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and managing Teammates
- Lead by example in all car wash activities
- Support sales growth through membership sales
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
