- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months management experience in service-related business
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
- Clear communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
- Pass a satisfactory criminal background check

Job Duties
- Assist the Site General Manager with daily operations
- Manage inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer claims
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching and developing team members
- Promote a positive work environment by setting an example
- Support sales growth through membership sales
- Ensure consistent and exceptional car wash experience
