Job Duties
- assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- manage and lead various departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food services
- collaborate with department heads to optimize operations and exceed performance targets
- handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently
- contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
- assist in budget planning and financial management
