- Familiarity with POS/PMS systems, Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage300, Workday
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make sound decisions swiftly
- Detail-oriented and integrity-driven
- Comfortable handling financial operations and discrepancies
