Job Requirements

  • Must want to have fun serving great food to customers
  • Must have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience, including Profit & Loss responsibility
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Basic business math skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with learning new technology
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, use hands and arms for reaching and grasping
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds
  • Must be able to see, hear, and talk
  • Must work in cold or hot environment
  • Must work in close proximity to others

Job Duties

  • Provide a great employee experience
  • Demonstrate leadership, train and coach the team for operational excellence, and recognize and motivate team members
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling Success Routines and prioritizing customer needs
  • Maintain high food and health safety standards without exception
  • Take charge of restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence
  • Collaborate with the General Manager in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback
  • Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members
  • Act like an owner by assisting with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management to optimize restaurant performance
