Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One or more years experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US military service
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace

  • Ability to make decisions and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting results
  • Lead the restaurant experience by supporting General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu items
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
  • Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
