- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations

- work in partnership with the general manager to ensure top restaurant performance

- maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards

- promote a positive and energetic team environment
- oversee daily restaurant operations
