Job Requirements

  • preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • champion change
  • passion for training and developing your team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • work in partnership with the general manager to ensure top restaurant performance
  • focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
  • maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
  • champion training and development of team members
  • promote a positive and energetic team environment
  • oversee daily restaurant operations
