- At least 1 year leadership experience or US military service
- Passion for helping and serving others

Job Duties
- Take action first - lead employee training, food safety and inventory management
- Be results oriented - delegate tasks effectively and report results
- Lead the experience - support General Manager to achieve performance and quality in kitchen, people and service
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost and new menu items in the kitchen
- Hire, train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver memorable guest experience by training staff and organizing key service areas
- Partner with team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
