Job Requirements

  • Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours each week including opening, busy day parts, and closing
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards
  • Compliance with HACCP standards
  • Minimum 6 years food and beverage experience
  • Minimum 4 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine or production kitchen
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Must be able to work a varied and rotating schedule

  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and policy documents
  • Comfortable conversing with customers
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards
  • Ability to work varied shifts including opening, busy, and closing shifts

Job Duties

  • Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures
  • Assists General Manager/F&B Multi Unit Manager in managing by supervising day-to-day activities of associates within defined restaurants or points-of-sale
  • Interviews job candidates and makes hiring, termination, promotion, or status change decisions
  • Reads and understands financial and operational data to monitor unit goals
  • Manages day-to-day activities of associates
  • Ensures company and branch diversity and inclusion philosophy is executed
  • Uses judgment to resolve customer and associate issues
  • Ensures compliance with adult beverage policies
  • Assigns work tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shift coverage
  • Ensures associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
  • Maintains display areas
  • Ensures equipment is in good working order
  • Operates cash register and voids transactions following policies
  • Monitors wellness and safety procedures and reports concerns
  • Performs health and safety activities
  • Places orders, receives goods, processes invoices
  • Ensures current contact information for all associates
