Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a retail or food service environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing walking lifting and reaching
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead by example driving profitability service performance and operational excellence through coaching and training
- Be a coffee and tea expert providing a total quality experience to team and guests
- Generate new guests and build store presence in the local community
- Ensure a safe store environment and healthy employees and guests
- Manage profitable store operations including sales tracking risk management and daily tasks
- Implement creative visual merchandising and product placement to enhance guest experience
- Mentor assistant general manager and staff embodying CBTL guiding principles
