Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams effectively
- strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and P&L responsibilities
- food handler certification preferred
- ability to implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
