Job Requirements
- two years of college or vocational training in hospitality or an equivalent program with a minimum of three years experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity
- computer skills - word processing and spreadsheet functions
- background screening required
- ability to work in United States

Job Duties
- assist the general manager in daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction
- provide training, including safety training and standard operation procedures to all department personnel as directed by management
- conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team
- lead shift management activities, ensuring all staff are performing their duties effectively during peak hours
- collaborate with the general manager on budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives
- foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership skills
