Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting results
- Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing service areas
- Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
