Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform cleaning tasks during 80% of shift time
- Able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers
- Able to clean parking lot and grounds
- Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- College or university degree preferred
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Experience with Profit and Loss responsibility
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and leadership ability
Job Duties
- Support Restaurant General Manager to run effective shifts
- Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete assigned tasks
- Manage inventory and control costs
- Maintain financial accountability including Profit and Loss responsibility
- Serve safe, quality food
- Ensure a safe work environment for employees and customers
- Solve operational problems with a positive attitude
- Guide and help team members
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, and grounds upkeep
