Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant management experience
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- capacity to perform physical motions including pushing, pulling, and stretching
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including peak dining times

Job Duties
- Oversee food preparation and check quality and portion size of servings
- resolve customer complaints about food or service
- ensure kitchen and dining areas are cleaned to company standards
- monitor staff and guest actions to ensure safety and liquor laws compliance
- recruit and hire new team members
- orient and train staff
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
