Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shifts
  • capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and use of fingers and wrists
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to handle cash and manage receipts accurately
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • proficiency in scheduling and staff management

Job Duties

  • oversee kitchen operations and service in the dining room
  • estimate food and beverage usage and place orders with suppliers
  • total cash and charge receipts at the end of each day
  • oversee food preparation and check the quality and size of each serving
  • resolve customer complaints about food or service
  • ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas according to company standards
  • monitor staff and guests to ensure safety standards and liquor laws are obeyed
  • recruit, hire, orient, and train new team members
  • schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
