Job Requirements

4+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment
Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging developing and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams
Experience in developing and executing restaurant concepts including food and beverage programs service style standards entertainment options ambiance and decor
Strong business acumen with attention to detail and passion for hospitality
Proven ability to manage daily restaurant operations including guest relations inventory control and financial oversight
Knowledge of compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
