Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment
  • Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging developing and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams
  • Experience in developing and executing restaurant concepts including food and beverage programs service style standards entertainment options ambiance and decor
  • Strong business acumen with attention to detail and passion for hospitality
  • Proven ability to manage daily restaurant operations including guest relations inventory control and financial oversight
  • Knowledge of compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
