Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including cash handling and inventory counting
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong preference for internal promote from shift manager position
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must pass background check criteria
  • must have reliable transportation
  • basic business math skills and strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin
  • able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80% of shift time

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to handle cash and inventory counting
  • positive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • preference given to candidates promoted internally from shift manager position

Job Duties

  • support the restaurant general manager in daily operations
  • supervise team members and shift managers to ensure completion of assigned duties
  • manage inventory and cash handling processes
  • maintain financial accountability and meet performance standards
  • ensure food safety and quality are consistently upheld
  • create a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers
  • perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting and carrying trash, and cleaning parking lots and grounds
