Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including cash handling and inventory counting
- basic personal computer literacy
- strong preference for internal promote from shift manager position
- must be at least 18 years old
- must pass background check criteria
- must have reliable transportation
- basic business math skills and strong analytical/decision-making skills
- able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin
- able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80% of shift time
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- support the restaurant general manager in daily operations
- supervise team members and shift managers to ensure completion of assigned duties
- manage inventory and cash handling processes
- maintain financial accountability and meet performance standards
- ensure food safety and quality are consistently upheld
- create a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers
- perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting and carrying trash, and cleaning parking lots and grounds
