Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Physical capability to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Availability to work flexible hours including peak dining times

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes
- Skilled in staff training and development
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee food preparation and check quality and serving sizes
- Resolve customer complaints about food or service
- Estimate food and beverage usage and place orders with suppliers
- Total cash and charge receipts at the end of each day
- Ensure kitchen and dining areas are cleaned according to company standards
- Monitor staff and guests to ensure safety standards and liquor laws are obeyed
- Recruit, hire, orient, and train new team members
- Schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
