Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • Physical capability to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and repetitive hand and wrist motions
  • Availability to work flexible hours including peak dining times

  • Experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes
  • Skilled in staff training and development
  • Basic math and cash handling abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee food preparation and check quality and serving sizes
  • Resolve customer complaints about food or service
  • Estimate food and beverage usage and place orders with suppliers
  • Total cash and charge receipts at the end of each day
  • Ensure kitchen and dining areas are cleaned according to company standards
  • Monitor staff and guests to ensure safety standards and liquor laws are obeyed
  • Recruit, hire, orient, and train new team members
  • Schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining times
