Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership, motivation, or development experience or US Military service
  • Commitment to maintaining workplace safety and excellence
  • Strong focus on customer service and support
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to make timely decisions in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for serving customers and supporting team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ years experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military service
  • A passion for helping and serving others, including customers and team members
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading important internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented by effectively delegating tasks to team members and reporting back results
  • Lead the experience by directly supporting the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people management, and service delivery
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff is trained and organizing key service areas within the restaurant
  • Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations of the restaurant
