Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws and health code requirements
- Experience with food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to champion change and promote a positive work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
- Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain restaurant performance
- Monitor and improve guest-related metrics and engagement
- Ensure compliance with health codes and safety procedures
- Lead and develop team members through training and coaching
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and labor management
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure quality service
