- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management preferred
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- capacity to use repetitive hand motions such as pushing, pulling, and stretching
- strong organizational skills
- excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- oversee the operation of the kitchen and dining room service
- estimate food and beverage usage and place orders with suppliers
- total cash and charge receipts at the end of each day
- monitor food preparation quality and serving sizes
- resolve customer complaints about food or service
- ensure kitchen and dining areas meet cleanliness standards
- monitor staff and guest compliance with safety standards and liquor laws
- recruit, hire, orient, and train new team members
- schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining periods
- maintain physical stamina for extended standing and lifting tasks
