Job Duties
- Lead employee training including food safety and inventory management
- delegate tasks to team members and report results
- support General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
- supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
- hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- ensure a memorable guest experience by training staff and organizing key service areas
- partner with the restaurant team for safe and efficient operations
